How do I create an account?
There are no traditional accounts on TorahNFT. Simply connect a compatible Web3 wallet β MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, KIMLWallet, DokWallet, or any WalletConnect wallet β and your wallet address becomes your identity. No email or password needed.
What wallets are supported?
Any wallet that supports ERC-721 tokens on the Base or BNB network. Supported options include MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, KIMLWallet, DokWallet, Rainbow, and Trust Wallet. Switch to the Base network (chain ID 8453) or BNB Chain (chain ID 56) in your wallet settings depending on which network your NFT is on.
I'm new to NFTs β where do I start?

What blockchain does TorahNFT use?
KIMLNFTs are minted on Base (an Ethereum Layer-2 network developed by Coinbase) and BNB Chain. Both networks offer low transaction fees and fast confirmations. Base inherits Ethereum's security, while BNB Chain provides broad ecosystem compatibility.
Payments & Fees
What currencies are accepted?
Purchases are denominated in USD and settled in USDC or ETH on Base, or BNB/USDT on BNB Chain. Some listings may support credit-card checkout via third-party providers β check the listing for available options.
What fees will I pay?
Each transaction incurs a KIML platform fee (a percentage of the sale price) plus a small network gas fee paid to the blockchain. Gas fees are outside KIML's control and vary with network demand. Both fees are shown before you confirm any transaction.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise in the listing or required by applicable law. If you believe there was an error in your transaction, contact support@kimlwallet.com and we will review your case in line with our current policies.
Why did my transaction fail?
Common causes: insufficient funds to cover the purchase price and gas fees, wallet not connected to the correct network (Base or BNB Chain), or a temporary network congestion issue. Check your wallet balance, confirm you are on the right network, and try again. If the problem persists, contact support.
How are taxes handled?
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Service. KIML may be required to collect certain taxes in applicable jurisdictions. Consult a tax professional for advice specific to your situation.
NFTs & Ownership
What does owning a KIMLNFT mean?
Owning a KIMLNFT means you hold a unique digital collectible recorded on the Base or BNB blockchain β a permanent, tamper-proof ledger. You can hold it in your wallet, sell it on the marketplace, or transfer it to any compatible wallet at any time.
What makes KIMLNFTs unique?
Each KIMLNFT is a limited-edition digital collectible linked to a specific rabbi and a curated Torah verse, minted on Base or BNB Chain. Edition sizes are strictly limited, and every token's ownership history is verifiable on-chain.
What happens when I sell my NFT?
When you sell a KIMLNFT, ownership is transferred on-chain directly to the buyer's wallet via the KIML smart contract. The transaction is recorded on Base or BNB Chain and is permanent and irreversible.
Can I transfer my NFT to another wallet?
Yes. KIMLNFTs are standard ERC-721 tokens on Base or BNB Chain. You can transfer them to any compatible wallet using your wallet software or any NFT marketplace. Note that an ongoing KIML royalty fee applies to all secondary transfers processed via smart contract.
What are the rarity tiers?
Rarity tiers from lowest to highest: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Divine. Higher-rarity NFTs have smaller edition sizes and are generally more scarce. Edition information (e.g., "3 of 10") is listed on every NFT detail page. NFTs are available on both Base and BNB Chain.
Auctions & Drops
How do auctions work?
KIML runs regular and premium auctions for select assets. To bid you must have a verified phone number on your account and sufficient funds available. All bids are binding β ensure you can pay before placing one. The winning bidder must pay in full within the period stated in the auction terms.
What are "Drops" and "Packs"?
Drops are limited-time releases of new KIMLNFTs, sometimes in "Pack" format where you purchase a sealed pack containing one or more randomly assigned assets. Pack contents are randomised at the time of opening. All Pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
Account & Security
How do I keep my account secure?
Your security is tied entirely to your wallet. Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone β including KIML staff. Use a hardware wallet for high-value holdings. Enable all security features your wallet provider offers.
KIML asked me to provide identity documents β is this normal?
Yes. KIML may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, to verify eligibility for certain features (e.g., high-value auctions), or if your activity triggers a compliance review. This is standard practice for regulated marketplaces.
My account was restricted β what do I do?
Account restrictions may be applied while KIML reviews potential policy violations or during a compliance check. Contact support@kimlwallet.com with your wallet address and a description of the issue and our team will respond as quickly as possible.
Still need help?
Our support team typically responds within one business day. Include your wallet address and a description of your issue to help us resolve it faster.
